Our business collaborates with Courier Center & Elta Courier for the delivery of products through a network of 1000+ stores across Greece, Cyprus, France, Italy, and Germany. The delivery of shipments is immediate (usually 1-2 working days) for Greece. In case your area is classified as hard-to-reach, the delivery time is 1-3 working days and you are not charged extra shipping fees for Greece. The delivery of shipments to Cyprus is done via ferry transport within 10 days and air transport within three days. The delivery of shipments to the other countries listed is done via road transport within 10 days.
What delivery options do I have?
1) Delivery to your location within 24-48 hours
You receive your order through the courier company. If you have provided your mobile phone number, you will receive a notification SMS on the day the shipment is at the last stop before delivery. Please ensure someone is present at the location at the time of delivery for your better and more immediate service. If you are absent and the courier passes by, they will leave a note indicating your package number and the phone number you should call to arrange for pickup.
2) Pickup from the nearest Courier store. By presenting the shipment number of your order (which is sent to you via e-mail or provided to you by phone), you can pick up your order daily from 09:00 – 20:00 & Saturdays 10:00 – 14:00.
What hours do you deliver via courier?
You can usually pick up your purchases between 10:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs
1) For orders over 35.00 €, delivery is free for all of Greece (except for bulky items where shipping is done exclusively with a transport company & the cost depends on the geographical location of the recipient).
2) For orders under 34.99 €, the charge for delivery is 3.50€ for the first 2kg (4€ if delivery is on Saturday) with an additional charge of 0.8 € for each additional kg for all of Greece. Exceptions are bulky items where shipping is done exclusively with a transport company & the cost depends on the geographical location of the recipient.
Who can sign for the receipt?
Your order can also be picked up by a third party. Upon delivery of the order, an identification certificate and a signature on the receipt will be requested from the carrier.
What happens if they can't find me?
If you were absent and the collaborating courier company passes by:
you will receive an SMS notification on your mobile phone number or they will leave you a notification note. Contact the contact number they will provide you or contact us to arrange for redelivery the next working day. You can also pick it up yourself from the courier's store.
